Geographical area with unique soil and climate between the Danube and the Black Sea, biodynamic cultivation method, carefully chosen varieties, which are Pinot Noir, Feteasca Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel and Muscat Blanc, Riesling Italian and Riesling de Rin, is a set of factors that determine the terroir of the Bogdan Domain, with unique conditions for obtaining very good quality wines.
We respect Nature in all its forms, therefore, our wines are obtained from grapes grown according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture , the cultivation method with the most holistic approach, thus allowing the terroir to express itself by developing authentic flavors and by producing wines. with personality.
In our winery we combine traditional viticulture methods with the latest wine production technologies, in order to obtain the maximum potential of the grapes.
The elegant, intensely fruity, totally natural Domaine Bogdan wines reflect our respect for Nature, as well as the passion with which they were created.
Since 2016, our wines are certified as organic according to Austria Bio Garantie standards.

About Dobrogea, this blessed place, located between the Danube and the Black Sea, we can proudly say that it has a millennial tradition in viticulture and winemaking, being the first, in the Carpato-Danubiano-Pontic space, where the vine grew and the wine was made.
Our vineyards are located in the vicinity of the village Cave enjoys a soil rich in humus, starting with cernoziom, at the top, followed then by ironing, sands, clays and others.
The groundwater is located at different depths. And vegetation formed and evolved continuously over time. The climate in the area includes certain features related to the geographical position and the physico-geographical components, having permanently part of the Black Sea breeze, which not only provides a good ventilation of the vineyard, but also the mineral character specific to our wines.
