En vin med en lys citronfarve og en buket af roser, basilikum, vandmelon og citrusfrugter. Tamaioasa sweet sorten har en subtil smag af honning, afbalanceret med en livlig syre. Buketten af dejlige aromaer, hyldeblomst, basilikum og tropiske frugter gør denne vin til en rumænsk klassiker, som nydes til sidste dråbe. 


Fermenteringsprocessen er speciel, druerne vurderes og knuses let efterfulgt af 6-8 timers skindkontakt i den lukkede presse ved 8 ° C. Klar friløbssaft er blevet podet med en neutral gær, og alkoholisk gæring foregår i rustfrit stål i en periode på 14 dage ved en kontrolleret temperatur på cirka 13-14 ° C. 

Dette er den eneste Domeniile Sahatenis dessertvin, som kun er fremstillet af druer fra sen høst og kun i de foverable år med sukkerakkumulering.

Pale lemon


Lovely aromatics, elderflower, basil and tropical fruits.


The palate has a delicious honey sweetness, rich and balanced by a good acidity.

Food pairings

To be served with ‘foie gras’, pastry and sweets or alongside with sweet Asian food, well chilled at 6-8°C.

The grapes are destemmed and slightly crushed, followed by 6 – 8 hours of skin contact in the closed press at 8˚C. Clear fee run juice has been inoculated with a neutral yeast and alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel during a period of 14 days at a controlled temperature of about 13-14 °C.

This is the only one Domeniile Sahateni’s dessert wine, made from late-harvest grapes only in the favourable years of sugar accumulation.
